    Rydon Maintenance now have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Performance team in Dartford, Kent.

    Job Purpose

    As Quality Assurance Officer you will enjoy a varied role where you will be monitoring, enforcing and improving internal quality procedures and processes across our social housing PFI maintenance contracts.


    Some key responsibilities will be to ensure that all calls and work orders raised and closed by our Customer Service Operators are in line with our contractual obligations. You will carry out regular auditing of our self reporting systems and monitor data submitted by our operatives to ensure weekly performance dashboard figures reflect the work undertaken, escalating any potential risks identified to management. You will produce quality assurance reports and attend monthly meetings with our contact centre team leaders so that areas for improvement can be identified and addressed.


    This is a very varied role with excellent opportunities for growth and development. 

    Experience Required

    The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a quality or compliance role. It would be an advantage for this experience to have been gained within a company providing repairs to the housing and/or education sector however other repairs experience will also be considered. You will have an excellent attention to detail, an analytical approach, be highly organised and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
