    An exciting freelance opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing & Creative Design Executive to join our marketing team. This position is available for remote working however the successful candidate from time to time will need to be based from our head office in the beautiful village of Forest Row, East Sussex.

    Job Purpose

    Our in house marketing team provides support to all of our group companies and is responsible for our website, online content (including digital and social media), production of new homes floor plans and brochures, the design and production of a range of print content as well as ad-hoc projects. Working as part of a team the successful candidate will enjoy a varied role supporting our design and digital marketing campaigns.

    You will have the opportunity to be involved in the following;


    Web / digital


    Project management of new websites
    Familiar with CMS tools / development of existing websites
    Facebook for Business / Instagram
    Understanding of web analytics



    Design and editing of layouts for different formats and platforms, such as brochures, posters, signage, HTML email campaigns, websites, online advertising, branded merchandise, large format design, event collateral (invitations, exhibition banners etc) and brand development.
    Creating and producing artwork to send to external suppliers, or using the in-house production equipment to produce high quality printed materials.
    Working with print companies to ensure the effective scheduling, timely delivery and quality of marketing materials.
    Choosing and enhancing/manipulating photography for creative work.
    Taking responsibility for project lifespans, from consulting with client on brief to explaining ideas and final delivery.
    Creating and editing animations and videos for use across email, websites and property portals (and any other advertising requirements)



    Ability to record video with own kit
    Video editing and development
    Photography of events, key personnel, etc

    Experience Required

    This role will be ideal for a talented individual who is passionate about creative design and with previous experience ideally gained within a B2B (business to business) environment. You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills and experience of using Adobe Creative Cloud packages (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc) to produce creative concepts and use existing designs to create varying layouts and formats. It would be a distinct advantage for the preferred candidate to have HTML campaign experience (writing content, designing, building and testing), experience of managing social media and using specialist software (Camtasia, Adobe suite / Premiere Pro) and good experience of writing in-house and external articles for publication.
