    Job Purpose

Normal working hours are 8am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. There is also the opportunity to participate in an on-call rota system (which offers the opportunity to increase your earnings and be involved in additional urgent repairs)

In addition to the above there will also be planned maintenance activities such as planned upgrade works, refurbishment as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a safe environment for service users.

You will work in a live healthcare environment and as such, you will play an important role in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for staff and service users. This is an exciting and varied role with an excellent opportunity to develop and grow within our highly regarded team. This is a mobile opportunity and you will be provided with a company van and fuel card.

    Experience Required

The successful candidate will hold the 17th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations qualification and have previous relevant experience in the maintenance of buildings. Your planned/reactive maintenance experience will ideally have been gained within an NHS environment, though candidates with maintenance experience gained within a commercial/education environment (such as hotels, supermarkets, schools etc) will also be considered.

This is a mobile opportunity (and as such a full driving license is required).

This is a genuinely diverse role with excellent scope for personal development. If you have the above skills and experience, we'd strongly encourage you to apply.
