We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to drive forward a new build residential scheme in Burnt Oak, Edgware - ambition and experience is key along with previous experience of managing RC frame construction. Reporting to a contracts manager, you will lead the construction team on a 76 unit project comprising residential apartments, which you will manage through the full construction process from groundworks through to internals/final handover. Managing a team comprising a site manager and assistant, you will be responsible for planning the development of the site on a 12 week rolling programme looking ahead at requirements and guiding the team. You will also be managing sub contractors and trades in order to deliver within program, managing all aspects of the construction process, including the quality, providing excellent customer service and ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
