Rydon Maintenance has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Operative (Commercial Gas Heating Engineer), to join our highly regarded Healthcare repairs team. Rydon is a successful construction, development, maintenance, investment and management group operating throughout England, predominantly in London and the southern counties.
Rydon Maintenance is an expanding division of the Rydon Group and is successfully providing facilities management services to a variety of clients within the health and housing association sectors.
Rydon Maintenance has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Operative (Commercial Gas Heating Engineer), to join our highly regarded Healthcare repairs team based in Dartford. This team is responsible for providing combustion and commercial boiler repairs, boiler servicing and installations in commercial properties (primarily within a healthcare setting). Services are to be provided across the south of England across Kent, Surrey and Sussex areas.
As part of this role, you will take responsibility for servicing and providing planned and reactive maintenance to commercial combustion and gas heating, hot water systems and radiant heaters. You will be providing repairs on a reactive (call-out) basis and you will be provided with a company van and fuel card. Excellent training/development will also be provided.

The successful candidate will hold commercial ACS qualifications and have previous relevant experience in the maintenance of buildings. Your planned/reactive maintenance experience will ideally have been gained within an NHS environment, though candidates with maintenance experience gained within a commercial/education environment (such as hotels, supermarkets, schools etc) will also be considered.
You will have excellent customer service skills and be passionate about providing high quality repairs/planned maintenance.
This is a mobile opportunity (and as such a full driving license is required).
