Overview

Rydon Maintenance is an expanding division of the Rydon Group and is successfully providing facilities management services to a variety of clients within the health and housing association sectors.

Job Purpose

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join our Maintenance team to supervise a team of experienced maintenance operatives in delivering a high quality responsive repairs service on behalf of our social housing client. 

 

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day to day responsive Repairs to the required quality standards, maximising the satisfaction of the client and residents. As Supervisor, you are responsible for motivating and leading a team of directly employed maintenance operatives across a range of trades to deliver excellent customer service and 'first time fix'. Rydon is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and you will develop and mentor our existing teams to continue to deliver first-class service to our customers. Additionally, you will use your previous experience to identify areas for improvement, and your judgement in ensuring that Rydon continues to be seen as a market leader in Maintenance. 

Experience Required

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent Supervisor experience gained within a maintenance company providing repairs within social housing. You will have excellent interpersonal, team leadership and motivational experience and be focused on delivering high quality outcomes. Good IT skills are required, including the use of Microsoft Packages (such as Word and Excel), along with excellent attention to detail.
